FAQ

Course Questions

“How will the online course be administered?”

The online courses are presented via Microsoft PowerPoint, although having PowerPoint installed on your computer is not necessary. You can download a free version of PowerPoint Viewer by clicking here. The subject matter is presented on slides with manageable amounts of information per slide which makes the learning process less intimidating. Then the subject review section is followed by a series of questions and answers. Each answer slide is animated and narrated, so that the student can hear the instructor explain the solution, while the solution is typed onto the slide simultaneously.

“Do you offer any other online classes?”

We are always developing new course materials. Our course writers are constantly creating new content for the website. Check the site regularly for new course offerings.

“Is there a free trial available for the online classes?”

Some of our online classes do offer a free trial period, where you may access selected content from the full version. The free trial allows the student to test-drive the course before purchasing the full material.

“What should I do if I have any problems accessing the course material?”

If you have any difficulties accessing the course content, you should contact us so that we can help you overcome any technical details.

Ordering Questions

“What payment options do you offer?”

Currently, all of our online payments are handled by PayPal, which accepts both major credit cards and electronic checks. Customers do not even need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

“Is my financial information safe when I place an order through your website?”

We are committed to keeping the personal information of our customers completely confidential according to standard industry practices. By using PayPal’s secure encrypted web servers, this website never even processes your credit card or bank account information. All personal financial information is processed and handled by PayPal; feel free to learn more about PayPal by clicking here.

“Do you offer any refunds?”

After a tutoring session is scheduled and paid for, the student can cancel at any time prior to the session by following the directions in the invitation e-mail or by simply contacting uswith the time and date of the session to be cancelled. After the session has been successfully cancelled by the student, the student will receive a full refund of the price paid for the session within 5 days. If, however, the student does not actually cancel the session and does not show up at the online classroom at the specified appointment time, a 20% reschedule fee applies, and only 80% of the original price paid will be refunded to the student. In order to prevent fraud, we unfortunately cannot offer any refund option to students who purchased online courses or the homework help service.
